The following is a list of commonly asked questions.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require anymore information on our next retreat.

What is the cost?

We require $500 AUD deposit to secure your booking. The rates are: Twin share AU$2,250 (per person) and Single AU$2,450. Final monies must be received 60 days prior to retreat commencement date.

What doesn't price include?

Flights, travel insurance, plus anything else not listed above.

Can I share a room?

Solo travelers can be matched with a room-mate, where possible at a reduced rate.

Can I drink alcohol?

Alcohol is not available at Reset Retreats but you will have plenty of free time to explore and eat/drink at other establishments. It is a health retreat and we ask that you do not partake in alcohol while on Reset Retreat grounds, there will be plenty of juices, smoothies and herbal tea available.

How do I book?

Bookings can be made directly via email or phoning: +61 0405 494 568 (AUD), if you are overseas please send us an email and a consultant will happily call you back free of charge at a time that’s convenient for you.  We accept Paypal, Direct Debit and Credit Card payments.

Can I bring my family?

We welcome partners, friends, for children we ask you to contact us to ensure we can cater for your needs.

What if I need to cancel?

That’s ok. You can cancel up until 30 days prior with only the loss of your deposit. Within 30 days is non-refundable.  We strongly recommend travel insurance.

What if I get sick while I am away?

We will do all we can to assist you seek medical advice.  We do ask that you take out travel insurance to cover illness and repatriation.
